FAQs

Why do sizes and colors vary on your pieces? 

Every piece at Market & High Co. is crafted by hand.  Measurements are approximate and slight variations in size and color gradation are normal as these are handmade items. All pieces are backlit when photographed, and as such the color may appear darker depending on their setting. 

When will my order ship? 

At Market & High Co., each piece is custom made as ordered. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Rush orders may be accommodated; please contact us with your required delivery date. Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order and tracking information.

How are your orders shipped?

All pieces are carefully packed and double-boxed. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. If you would like to utilize a different shipping method or carrier, please contact us directly at mail@marketandhigh.com. 

What do I do if my order arrives broken or damaged? 

Due to the fragile nature of glass, unfortunate accidents sometimes occur during the shipping process. All shipments are insured. Should you receive a broken or damaged piece, please keep all packing materials and contact us as soon as possible at mail@marketandhigh.com. 

Do you issue refunds?

Items may be exchanged (with original receipt) for items of equal value within 30 days. We do not issue refunds. If you wish to make a return, please email us at mail@marketandhigh.com.
